This Friday, The Door has invited the young performers from Drama Club to conduct an evening of improvised scenes. Drama Club is an innovative non-profit organization that provides theater programming and positive mentorship to incarcerated and court-involved young people in New York City.

Friday, August 24 @ 4:00 pm–8:30 pm & Saturday, Aug 25 @ 5:30-8:30 pmA real-time, multiplayer, VR theater performance based on texts by Tadeusz Miciński that combines Gear VR, HTC Vive, actors’ performances, choreography, and live music from a VR application to achieve an immersive theater experience. Here the process of being immersed in VR is not about taking the viewers to another world. Its aim is to create an experience shared with all the viewers, although felt in a private, individual way at the same time.
